If you are a coordinator for a client (e.g., through SaH or NDIS), you can easily refer your clients to us for in-home or in-clinic services. Use one of the following methods to make a referral:

Email us directly at referrals@leadingtherapies.com.au
Support At Home (SaH), NDIS and other funding types can also be used to access our group services, which is a great way to maximise services within a budget.
Whenever we receive a new referral for an NDIS participant, we put together a service agreement, which we then send back for review.
If you are a GP and wish to refer a patient to Leading Therapies for services through a Team Care Arrangement of Department of Veterans’ Affairs funding, you can fax our office on 08 8172 2555.
