groups & classes at St peters

Our groups offer expert, tailored support for your needs, in a friendly and welcoming environment.

All of our groups are run by therapists and we have a maximum number of participants for each group. Our groups offer a cheaper alternative to one-to-one sessions, whilst still catering to your specific health needs.
